Jus Dicere invites contributions from legal professionals, academicians, research associates and students for Issue 1, Volume 2 (ISBN – 978-93-5300-585-6) of its Bi-Annual peer-reviewed publication, Precedent.
Guided by the expertise of our Editorial Board, consisting of distinguished legal professionals and academicians, Precedent, aims to promote critical analysis of contemporary issues, involving legal complexities, through research and methodical writing. Recognizing the fact that purposeful study is a gateway of opportunities to enrich one’s concepts, while simultaneously facilitating the development of comprehensive and informed opinions on matters of multiple socio-legal consequences, Precedent focuses on publishing original research works that display clarity of ideas based on the sound inquiry of the subject matter.
We feel proud to say, Our past publication has featured contribution by Justice Ioannis SARMAS, Judge Supreme Court of Greece.
Precedent is published twice a year in form of a book, featuring quality research submitted by students, academician & researchers.
We thus invite unpublished submissions of the following nature:
