What is the Format of a PIL. Is there any prescribed format?
No. There isn’t any prescribed format for a PIL. Even a letter or a post-card can be accepted by the court as a PIL. However, a PIL petition has to be in the usual format in which the other petitions are framed.
my self ravi subramanyam I am football player and captain too. i am aged around 42 and since 25 years we are playing foot ball in our school ground which the ground donated by PVR rangaiah in 1925 for pVRMH school play ground. Since 8 years municipal authorities giving this ground for exhibition for 3 months circus for 3 months dipawali cracker selling for 5 days and other purposes on rent basis due to these programmes in a year almost almost 10 months ground was occupied by varies people. we are unable to play. this is the only one ground availabale in my town (ongole town) prakasam dist andhra pradesh. so I am asking you can i file a PIL agains municipal authorities. My worry is that how much money countr will ask for deposit. we arent that much rich enoughf to deposit. kindly let me know how much money we are suppopsed to deposit… plz send ur reply to my mail id
