Fundamental Rights Guaranteed by the Constitution of India-
Fundamental Rights which are the basic rights given to every citizen of India are enshrined in the Constitution of India. These rights guarantee civil liberties which enable every citizen of India to lead his/her life in peace and harmony. Violation of these rights results into punishment as per the offense committed stated under the Indian Penal Code.
These rights are applicable to every citizen of India, irrespective of his/her caste, creed, sex, religion, place of birth. Person who are not the citizens of India are also considered in matters like equality before law.
