Legal Jobs-Vacancy for an Immigration Specialist in a LPO for US work visa- H-1B & PERM cases (NIGHT SHIFT)

Job Description-

• Preparing various US work visa cases especially H-1B & PERM cases.
• Conduct basic legal research on immigration
• Prepare immigration application, employment-based, family-based after conferring with our US office.
• Answer client queries pertaining to immigration case status.
• Train and supervise junior immigration professionals.

Qualification Required-

LL.B or M.B.A. Degree
Graduates of U.S. Universities in any subject (MBAs or Computer) are highly preferred

Area of Function- Legal, Regulatory, Intellectual Property

Role- Legal Manager- A full time employment.

Preferred Candidate Profile-

• 2+ year of U.S. Immigration, H-1B case preparation experience.
• Have worked and studied on PERM cases.
• Must have knowledge of US immigration law
• Should have excellent English communication and writing skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Must have the ability to multi-task and handle projects with rapidly changing priorities.

Salary- INR 3,25,000 – 4,25,000 PA. Negotiable based on candidate profile and experience.
