Job Description and Responsibilities-
Drafting and reviewing of legal documents such as- demand notices, letters, Letter of Intent, legal notices, lease/sale agreements, leave & license agreements, conveyance, etc.
Legal scrutiny of primary documents to establish the genesis of title.
Should be able to identify legal and commercial risks involved in a contract and proposing changes essential to mitigate risk exposure.
Managing and conduction legal research as required.
Advising the company on various legal issues and responsible to manage any other non-litigation legal work.
Responsible for the due diligence, screening of documents, search, and statuary compliances to mitigate possible risks, land purchase etc
